Zahira College Colombo, Group of 90s’ was established in the year 1997 with the objective of fulfilling the common requirements of Zahira College in a social and just manner , promote peace and unity among all the communities independently, develop the College brand name and develop other infrastructures of the College,

MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

It is indeed an important occasion to note that Group of ’90 has made arrangements to launch their official website with a new outlook given to the previous one. The technology of the current era is something dynamic and it is getting updated very frequently.

Therefore, the efforts taken by Group of ’90 is in the right direction and I sincerely hope that this website will serve the purpose in publishing the official matters to the General Public. At this juncture, it is very important to reiterate that we should take all fair efforts to maintain the standard of the College in our publications.

I wish and pray that this website will live up to the expectations of the College and the prestigious arm of the Old Boys’ Association of the College. May the Almighty Allah Bless you all !

President Zahira College OBA Mr. N.M.Shiraz

The newly appointed President Mr. N.M.Shiraz thereupon profusely thanked all the members for electing him as the President of the OBA. He thanked the outgoing President for having done an outstanding job and assured everyone that he would continue the good work in letter and spirit. He further underscored the importance of unity among fellow Zahirians and urged everyone to help fellow Zahirians and collectively work for the betterment of Mother Zahira.

Being the tech-savvy professional marketer that he is, Mr. Shiraz’s digital presentation titled: Success Plan – “Together we can win”, captured the audience’s attention with illustrations, slides, and snazzy visuals. The presentation consisted of an action plan, SWOT analysis, strategic moves, key challenges, and a proposed solution. He underlined the significance of identifying the right people and grooming them to become good leaders of the future.

Bismillahir-rahmanir Raheem. Alhamdulillah we are blessed by the Almighty Allah for having given us the opportunity to work towards the betterment of the human kind, tomorrow when we have departed this world we all should be remembered for the services we have rendered towards the society. As we all know it is one of the best way of Sadaqah one could perform in fulfilling purpose of life.
